swatch book

The swatch book is available for SPECIAL ORDER items only. The book is only available to be viewed at Anne Hung Boutique. It has a full range of fabrics and color choices to substitute for any dress design showcased in the store. The book is often viewed by bridal parties or by anyone who is interested in having a dress made in a specific color that is not yet available at the store.

special orders

Special orders can be placed in person or by telephone. All special order items are a FINAL SALE. There are no exchanges and no refunds. Special orders are considered to be a custom order with a custom fit. If a customer is interested in placing an order on a recently sold out item, this type of order is still considered to be under the special order policy. Special orders may take 4 to 10 weeks for delivery. Time frame may vary on the size of the order, the fabric availability and the manufacturing.

rush orders

A rush order is any order completed in a 1 to 3 week period. We do accept rush orders depending on the capacity of our orders at that given time. There is a 15% - 35% surcharge for a rush order depending on the requested delivery date. Please speak to our sales consultant for more information.

alterations

Alterations are available at Anne Hung Boutique only on Anne Hung items. Garments that are altered from its original form are considered to be a FINAL SALE. Alteration cost and duration will vary depending on what needs to be altered. Please speak to our sales consultant for a price quote.
