policies on all orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Anne Hung Boutique (AHB) offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from 829 Queen Street West location, unless it is a special order item. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our manufacturer. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase.
This will ensure you will receive your Advance Purchase item in priority once the manufacturer has made their delivery to AHB. AHB will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by the manufacturer. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at AHB; alternatively you may choose to enter your name on the Waiting List for selected merchandise.
Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the sale for immediate delivery.
If you have put your name on the Waiting List for a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available at the store. Customer selections are satisfied from our Waiting List on a first-come, first-served basis.
The price of a product quoted by AHB at the time the order is accepted, will be honored. If you are buying from outside of Canada, you will also incur not only the shipping fee but also the customs and duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
acceptance of your order
Once you have placed your order with AHB, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT the acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise whether or not that merchandise has been sold.

In store purchase, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and Cash.
Telephone orders, we accept only Visa and Mastercard.
All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payments to AHB, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Once your item has been purchased, your credit card will be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping charges and tax, where applicable.
tracking your order
You can request for a tracking number to be e-mailed to you once your package has been shipped.
tax policy
Tax is based on tax rates for your taxing jurisdiction. Tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order.
duties and customs
All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Any items shipped outside of Canada and Internationally may be subjected to the duties and customs of that country's jurisdictions. AHB is not responsible for the duties and custom charges on the item shipped once the item is in transit.
insurance
AHB insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. But if you choose a cheaper form of shipping that does not have a tracking device than AHB is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the shipping process.

In the event of an exchange, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us in their
original packaging with all the original labeling attached. New and unused means that there are no
marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item
with any indication that it was used. We reserve the right to not accept any items as we see unfit for
resale. The original receipt must accompany the exchange of your merchandise. We DO NOT
accept items without the original receipt. In such cases, the item will be returned to AHB at the
purchaser's cost. AHB is not responsible for any exchange items that are lost or stolen through
transit. Please track your package!!
The purchaser must pay the shipping and handling of the exchanged item.
Please call or e-mail us at exchanges@annehung.com if you require any information. If an exchange is required, it will be due to availability of merchandise at AHB.
shipping and handling
Standard Delivery: Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification.
Express Shipping: Orders place with Express shipping by 12:00pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day, pending your credit card authorization and verification. Express shipping can only apply to in-stock items.
Shipping Carriers: We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: United Parcel Service (UPS), Fed Ex, Purolator, or Canada Postal Service.
Delivery Time: To estimate when a package will be delivered, consider the following factors: Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing. If you have purchased an item under Advance Purchases the item will not be shipped until the item is physically delivered to our store and goes through our quality control department. The estimated time is 3 days after the arrival of the item. If the inspection of the item is given the stamp of approva, the item will then be shipped to the Advance Purchase customer.
Canadian Customers: We ship to all Canadian territories.
United States: We ship to the United States.
International Customers: We do not service all internatinoally countries please e-mail inquires@annehung.com to find out which countries we are able to send.
